In accordance with the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan datedFebruary 17, 2021 № 62 "On creation of the Republican educational and methodical council of technical and professional, post-secondary education on profiles and approval of regulations on their activities" on the basis of "College of Light Industry and Service" was created teaching and methodical association on profile Textile (clothing, shoes and leather goods).

The purpose of educational and methodological  associations is to develop and coordinate educational and methodological work in TVET organizations, update the content of the educational process, and develop and review educational literature and textbooks.

The main forms of work of the Educational and Methodological Association

1) Development of State compulsory standards for technical and vocational education, work on the preparation of model curricula and model study programmes, study guides, textbooks and electronic textbooks;

2) Participation in the development of educational programs for technical and vocational education, post-secondary education, updating standard curricula and model curricula, and the development of teaching and methodological complexes for specialties;

3) Organize the development of teaching aids in the disciplines of technical and vocational education and post-secondary education;

4) Informatization of the learning process and knowledge control, development of methodological guidelines and recommendations for the introduction of modern technology training;

5) Carrying out a study of experience in the organization of teaching and methodological work in technical and vocational education and post-secondary institutions and preparing proposals for its improvement.

Development of test tasks for national qualification testing and conducting expert work

"National Testing Center" REPUBLIC STATE TREASURY ENTERPRISE Basic subjects were selected for the formation of test tasks for the National qualification test of teaching staff working in technical and vocational educational organizations and their equivalents. The following working group was created to develop the test tasks for the national qualification test.

From August 15 to 25, teachers of the "Weaving production" specialty M. Alimbetov and A. Turlybekova prepared test tasks for the national qualification test in two languages (Kazakh, Russian) in Almaty.

In order to form a database of test tasks for national qualification testing, to carry out expert work: from September 12 to September 17, 2022, Daulet Kaldarbekov and from October 03 to October 8, 2022, Mels Alimbetov, Myrzabek Askar went on a business trip to Almaty.
