1. General provisions
1. 2. Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan with basic secondary (general basic), general secondary (general secondary), technical and vocational (primary and secondary vocational), post-secondary, higher (higher professional) education for full-time budget and paid education of the College, foreign citizens and stateless persons are accepted.
The name of the specialty for which the qualification for the 2017-2018 academic year and the period of study are specified in Annex 1 to this Regulation.
The plan of admission to the budget department for the 2017-2018 academic year (free education for students with the payment of state scholarships) is specified in Annex 2 to this Regulation.
Fees for admission to the full-time paid part of the 2017-2018 academic year are specified in Annex 3 to the Rules.
Warning. The title of Section 2 is in the wording of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 12.05.2016 № 288 (shall be enforced upon expiry of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication).
3. When enrolling in educational institutions, a quota is provided for the admission of persons determined in accordance with paragraph 8 of Article 26 of the Law.
In accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 28, 2012 № 264 "On approval of the admission quota for admission to educational institutions implementing educational programs of technical and vocational, post-secondary and higher education", the quota for admission is provided:
1) for disabled people of I, II groups, disabled people from childhood, citizens from among disabled children - 1 percent;
2) for persons equated to participants and invalids of the Great Patriotic War in terms of benefits and guarantees - 0.5 percent;
3) for citizens from rural youth in the specialties that determine the socio-economic development of the village - 30 percent;
4) for Kazakh nationals who are not citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan - 2 percent;
5) for orphans and children left without parental care, as well as citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan among young people who lost their parents or were left without parental care before reaching the age of majority - 1 percent;
6) for citizens from rural youth who moved to the regions determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan - 10 percent.
4. The form of entrance examinations for persons with technical and vocational, post-secondary, higher education shall be established by educational organizations in accordance with paragraph 9 of the Rules.

5.
